Through analysing the mineralogical composition of the process slag and the slag-forming paths in CaO'-TFeO-SiO'2 ternary phase diagram, it has been verified that the time of steelmaking process with softer lime can be shortened.

通过对用一般石灰作为造渣剂的15 t复吹转炉和用活性石灰作为造渣剂的100 kg热模型复吹试验过程渣样的氧化铁活度研究可知,活性石灰造渣时,过程渣中氧化铁活度较高,使脱碳、脱磷提前进行。通过分析过程渣样的矿相组成和在CaO′-TFeO-SiO_2′准三元系相图中炉渣的形成路线,证实了用活性石灰可缩短冶炼时间。

Selecting titanium-containing slag as flux for steelmaking in oxygen-top blowing of open hearth, will accelerate lime dissolution, and promote forming of basic slag. With an addition of TiO_2, it will promote molten slag to form low melting point congruent melting phase and reduce zone of C_2S solid phase as well extend zone of liquid phase. As a result, it improves the performance of molten slag in refining and meets the fluxing requirements for oxygen-top blowing of open hearth. The addition of 0.6~0.8T titanium-containing slag into 300t open hearth, can form the molten slag with better overall effect and lower cost. So, it is a new fluxing material.

采用含钛渣作为顶吹氧气平炉炼钢的造渣熔剂,能够加速石灰熔解,促进碱性炉渣形成;在TiO_2的参预下,使熔渣形成低熔点共熔相,缩小C_2S固相区,扩大液相区;改善了冶炼过程中熔渣的性能,能够适应顶吹氧平炉炼钢造渣的要求。300t平炉每炉加入0.6~0.8t钛渣,能获得综合效果较好的熔渣,成本较低,是一种新的造渣熔剂。

The production of yellow phosphorus is a high energyexending industry.In this paper,the results of check and analysis.show that the distribution of energy expenditure is as follows:reastion 48.02%,fomation of slag 38.45%,furnace gas 5.78%,ferrophosphor 0.38%,and thermal loss 7.37%。To decrease the expenditure of energy,it is essential to feed high quality crude materials,screen and dry the burden,and sinter the phosphorite.

黄磷生产为高能耗产业,生产1t黄磷的电耗平均达15780kwh。通过对贵州某黄磷厂3号炉的核算表明,反应消耗48.02%,炉渣形成耗38.45%,炉气耗5.78%,磷铁耗0.38%,热损失耗7.37%。提高原料质量、精料入炉、采用烧结处理磷矿等都会达到降低电耗的效果。
