采用实验和数值模拟的方法,研究了有、无转、静子间轮毂间隙的轴流风机的性能和流场,考察了轮毂间隙对风机性能和流场细节的影响。结果表明:轮毂间隙对风机性能的影响很大,使风机全压和静压都有较大幅度的下降;转子中的流动稍有改善,但静子中流动大幅恶化;由泄漏流引起的回流、分离和旋涡等使静子中靠近轮毂处流场十分复杂。
