Experimental studies have been carried out on the effects of raw material preparation and hot-pressed conditions on the density, microstructure and magnetic properties of hot-pressed Mn-Zn ferrites and Ni-Zn ferrites which are used for magnetic head application. Hot-pressed ferrites have been prepared by two different technologies: the co-precipitation method and the ball-milling method. It was observed that the co-precipitation method is better than the ball-milling method for preparation of hot-pressed ferrites....

Experimental studies have been carried out on the effects of raw material preparation and hot-pressed conditions on the density, microstructure and magnetic properties of hot-pressed Mn-Zn ferrites and Ni-Zn ferrites which are used for magnetic head application. Hot-pressed ferrites have been prepared by two different technologies: the co-precipitation method and the ball-milling method. It was observed that the co-precipitation method is better than the ball-milling method for preparation of hot-pressed ferrites. The microstructure can be controlled by varying the hot-pressed conditions. Dense ferrites of different grain sizes (average grain size 10 μm-300 μm) can be made. For example, dense Mn-Zn ferrites with μ0 = 7420 and Bm = 4950 Gs and dense Ni-Zn ferrites with different μ0(μ0 = 100-2500) can be made by hot-pressing.

本文从实验上研究了起始粉料的制备方法和热压条件对磁头用的Mn-Zn及Ni-Zn热压铁氧体的密度、显微结构和磁性的影响。实验结果表明,化学共沉淀法制备的铁氧体粉料比氧化物法及硫酸盐法制备的要好。适当选择热压条件,可以获得晶粒分布均匀、晶粒大小不同(10μm—300μm)的高密度铁氧体;可以获得μ_0=7420以及B_m=4950Gs的高密度Mn-Zn铁氧体和μ_0等于100—2500的高密度Ni-Zn铁氧体。

When the superconducting Niobium stannide Nb_3Sn was produced by vapor-deposited process, Hastelloy B alloy was selected usually as the substrate material.But its workability is very bad so that Yield is extremelly low.The purpose of this work is to research out a new alloy,it must meet the needs of Nb_3Sn and possess higher ductilty. We have already developed such an alloy Ni_(75)Mo_(21)Fe_4 and it will be applied to instead of Hastelloy Balloy.Four problems is discussed respectively.

The domain structure of amorphous (FexNi_(1-x))_(78)Si_8B_(14) and Fe_(40)Ni_(40)P_(14)B_6 alloys produced by roller quenching technique were studied by means of Bitter powder technique.The domain with wall perpendicular to the rolling direction were observed on the surfaee ribbons made of these alloys. The cause of this anisotropy was supposed to be due to the magnetoelastic coupling between positive magnetostriction and internal stress in the specimen.After the samples were annealed or magnetically annealed, the domain of this type decreased in amount as the annealing temperature increased, while the value of the susceptibility and that of the remanent magnetization were increased.A limited amount of fingerprint type "maze-pattern" domain was also observedon the surface of amorphous Fe_(40)Ni_(40)P_(14)B_6 alloy.The stress effect on the domain structure was quite obvious. We observed the domain structure around a pin hole made by a needle and a seam made by scissors.

用毕特粉紋技术研究了軋辊淬火法制备的非晶态(Fe_xNi_(1-x))_(78)Si_5B_(14)和Fe_(40)Ni_(40)P_(14)B_6合金的磁畴結构,在这些合金样品表面观察到畴壁垂直軋向的磁畴。畴結构主要与从熔态合金淬火过程产生的不均勻单軸各向异性有关。这种各向异性是通过正磁致伸縮与样品的内应力间的磁弹性耦合产生的。样品經退火或磁退火后,这种类型畴的数量随退火温度增加而减少,导致磁化率和剩磁增加。在非晶态Fe_(40)Ni_(40)P_(14)B_6合金样品表面还观察到少量指紋状“迷陣”畴。内应力对磁畴結构影响非常明显。我們观察了針孔和剪口附近的畴結构。
