On the basis of Bernolli equation in ideal adiabatic process, this paper have made analysis and reduction for flow state of gas passing through reducing nozzle and have derived calculating formulas of theoretical and rated discharge capacity for use as safety valve of gas. These formulas are completely consistent with the formulasshowed in ASME Ⅷ-1-1983 UG 131 and its appendix 11,Ones used in appendix B of GB 150-89 《Steel Pressure Vessels》 and 《Supervising Rules of Safety Technique for Pressure Vessels》.

本文以理想绝热过程的气体柏努利方程式为基础.对气流通过渐缩喷嘴的流动状态进行分析和简化,推导出用于气体安全阀的理论泄放量和额定泄放量的计算公式。这些公式与ASMEⅧ-1-1983UG131及其附录11所给出的公式,与GB150-89《钢制压力容器》附录B及《压力容器安全技术监察规程》所采用的公式完全一致。

Safety relief and cooling system should be allocated for a storage tank of flamable and explosive LPG so as to prevent explosion when a fire takes place. The said systems are two related safety precautions. LPG storage tanks should be provided with fully-open safety valves which are sealed with springs. The simplified equation for relief valves of LPG storage tanks is got based on the formula sited in "Vessel Safety Technical Inspection Regulation" issued by China National Labor Ministry and also based on the...

The simplified equation for relief valves of LPG storage tanks is got based on the formula sited in "Vessel Safety Technical Inspection Regulation" issued by China National Labor Ministry and also based on the related content of " Fire Protection Specification of Architectural Design". The following requirements are put forward for the allocation of relief tubes for safety valves. The supports of relief tubes should be firm enough because the gas flow speed gets higher in the tubes due to the high gas flow speed at the nozzels when relief valves are in operation. Vent risers should be provided with a flame arresters and lightening protection groundings. The relief system should be kept unblocked all the time.

储存易燃易爆液化石油气的储罐,必须设置安全泄放系统,同时加设冷却水系统,以防止火灾情况下发生爆炸事故。安全泄放与冷却水系统是二者互相联系的安全措施。液化石油气储罐应设置弹簧封闭全启式安全阀。把国家劳动部《压力容器安全技术监察规程》中安全阀计算公式与《建筑设计防火规范》中的有关内容联系起来,提出了液化石油气储罐安全阀的简化计算公式。对安全阀泄放管的设置提出了以下要求:由于安全阀排放时喷嘴处气速极大,致使管道中气流速度也大,所以排放管道支承应牢固;放空立管应设阻火器和防雷接地;排放系统必须始终保持畅通。

Pressure

压力容器安全技术监察规程”第126条规定“安全阀一般每年至少校验一次”,这与炼油、石油化工装置“两年一修”、“三年一修”(或更长)不能同步,因此,提出了安全阀在线检测问题。采用特征点法判开准则和阀瓣微动法判开准则,利用专用仪器、设备,实现了安全阀的在线检测。另外,即使经过检验台检定的安全阀,在投入运行前,也需进行全面检验。
