The horizontal displacement was 403. 50~477. 80m. The length of horizontal section was 201. 08~233. 30m. The ratio of deviated depth and vertical depth was 2. 82~2. 99 and the average individual-well producing rate was four times more than that of vertical wells.
Well Gangshen 69X1 is an extended reach exploratory well with its bottom depth at 5464.43m, and a horizontal displacement of 3118.04m. A period of 111.88 days are used for drilling this well, and it sets the records of the longest deviated section and longest horizontal displacement on land China to date.
The actual drilling inclined depth of the well is 4332m, vertical depth is 3825.59m, the maximum deviation angle is 45.49°, the horizontal displacement is 1705.57m and the drilling cycle is 238 days. There was no any accident and serious and complicated situation happened during the drilling operation. This well, up to now, is the directional well with the maximum horizontal displacement.

The structural configuration at the bottom of viscous oil reservoir in Kelamayi oilfield was a low-angle monocline from northwest to southeast.
