    四、摘要 (一)本試驗用称量仔猪吃奶前后重量的方法对4头吉林黑猪进行了泌乳量测定,以后又对9头吉林黑猪乳汁成分进行了分析。 (二)試驗結果表明,母猪全期泌乳量平均为329.0±40.5公斤,平均日泌乳量为5.482±0.674公斤,每次泌乳量为0.254±0.035公斤。 (三)母猪每天平均放奶次数为21.0±1.31次,平均每次間隔69分钟,白天平均放奶9.2次,夜間平均放奶11.8次。在泌乳阶段的第2天,每日放奶平均为20.8±3.0次,到第30天放奶次数可达23.0±1.8次,60天时下降到16.5±2.9次。 (四)母猪每次放奶持續时間平均为11.8±1.44秒,泌乳期第2天持續时間达31.6±8.29秒,到60天时下降到9.2±0.56秒。 (五)吉林黑猪乳汁成分分析結果,平均干物质含量为19.05—20.75%,灰分0.83—0.85%,脂肪7.34—9.34%,蛋白质5.83—5.92%,乳糖4.25—4.78%。 (六)母猪在不同泌乳阶段各成分变化是:灰分——由产后最低(0.59%,0.57%)到60天时稳定上升到最高(1.16%,1.03%)。蛋白质——产后乳中蛋白质含量最高(10.40%,...

In our experiment sarsasapogenin level of Xilin Zhimu produced in Xilin in Hebei Province reached 3.10% , which was higher than that of those produced in other areas. Especially, in rhizomes at two years of growth the content of sarsasapogenin reached the level of 4.19% , which was higher than that of those at one or three years.

    为对常用中药进行系统研究,我们采用气液色谱(GLC)分析法,测定中药知母(Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.)根茎中萨尔萨皂甙元(Sarsasapogenin)的含量。结果表明,其含量随植物不同的生长期而变化,4~5月份开花前期最高,为3.17%~2.73%,而3月份刚萌芽时含量最低,为1.09%。对不同产地的知母药材中萨尔萨皂甙元含量测定时,西陵知母(XiLin Zhimu)含量较高,达3.10%。且皂甙元在根茎中积蓄量与根茎的生长时间有关,以生长了两年的根茎中含量最高,可达4.19%。
