改善高梁子实氨基酸的组分与含量,是改进高粱品质,提高其营养价值的关键问题。试经采用日本日立牌838—50型氨基酸分析仪,测定了ll份高粱品种资源和杂交种的氨基酸组分与含量。结果表明:品种间、杂交种与亲本间,氨基酸含量差异很大,而且共同含有6类14种氨基酸;赖氨酸含量最低,但它却反映蛋白质结构的优劣,是影响高粱子实品质的主要氨基酸之一。分析的试材中,原8—31的赖氨酸含量,比吉林省现有推广杂交种中品质最好的吉杂26号高7.7%。所以,通过选用高赖氨酸的资源作亲本,改进高粱的品质,是大有潜力的。
