Membranous vesicles were present in the tegument matrix, musculature, cytoplasmic bridges and subtegumental cell of all three kinds of skinschistosomules.4. In the 0.5 hr skin schistosomules the fundus of preacetabular glands were intact and filled in secretory granules, but with less granules in the postacetabular glands. In both 3 brand 12 hr- schistosomules there were no granules at all in the fundus postacetahular glands which were later on filled by membrane and muscle, nerve and undifferentiated cells.5. In the three ages of skin-schistosomules the esophageal lumen was dilated. The granules of the esophageal glands distributed towards the lumen of esophagus in both 3 hr- and 12 hr-schistosomules. There were long microvilli projecting into the dilated lumen of the cecum.6. In the three ages of skin schistosomules most of the parenchymal cells contained hetero-chromatic nuclei and only a few cells with euchromatic nuclei. Both collecting tubes and flame cell were present.Finally, the relation between structure and function is discussed.

Objective:To determine the neuronal degeneration in the inner nuclear layer of RCS rat.Methods:The retinal tissue were collected from RCS rats with ages ranged from 18,20,28,35,42,45,56,60,70 to 100 days.The retinas of normal age\|matched SD rats served as control.Immunohistochemical method was applied to label horizontal cell,rod bipolar cells and amacrine cell by using antiserum of calbindin,PKCα and calretinin,respectively.Morphometric study was also performed.Results:Comparing with normal SD rat retinas,retinal degeneration,including outer and inner nuclear layers,was observed in RCS rat retina after postnatal 18-20 day.Morphometric study showed that there was loss of horizontal cells after postnatal 60 days,loss of rod bipolar cells after 20 days,and loss of amacrine cells after 20-35 day in the inner nuclear layer of RCS rats.Conclusions:Our results indicated that there is neuronal degeneration in the inner retina of RCS rat.Transneuronal degeneration may be the mechanism.

目的 :证实先天性视网膜变性 (RCS)大鼠视网膜内核层存在神经原变性。方法 :使用出生后第 18,2 0 ,2 8,35 ,42 ,45 ,5 6 ,6 0 ,70和 10 0d的RCS大鼠视网膜和正常SD大鼠比较 ,利用视网膜内核层细胞标记物 :抗Calbindin ,PKC和Calretinin血清 ,经免疫组化方法分别标记水平细胞、杆双极细胞及无长突细胞 ,并统计这三种细胞的数目。结果 :和正常SD大鼠视网膜比较 ,RCS大鼠从 18~ 2 0d开始视网膜变性 ,除了外核层细胞死亡 ,内核层细胞也有不同程度的丢失 ,并表现为浓染或水肿。统计结果表明 ,内核层水平细胞数目从出生后 6 0d开始减少 ,杆双极细胞在出生后2 0d即数目已减少 ,但可保持至 10 0d才有进一步减少 ,无长突细胞虽然在出生后 2 0~ 35d数目明显减少 ,但可一直保持这个水平。结论 :RCS大鼠视网膜内核层细胞存在神经原变性 ,水平细胞、杆双极细胞、无长突细胞发生损失的时间不同 ,反映了中继神经原变性很可能是这些细胞变性的机理
