In connection with the present production practice and generally existing problems of 16Mn steel plate in our country, we have investigated under laboratory conditions the effect of hot-working parameters such as reheating temperature, finishing rolling temperature, pass reduction, total reduction, distribution of deformation and cooling rate after rolling, etc. on the micro-structure and properties of 16Mn steel plate as compared with the effect of normalizing treatment.Based upon the experimental results, a set of much better hot-working parameters for 16Mn steel has been obtained. The 16Mn steel plates worked with these parameters possess uniform and fine grain size as well as good strength and toughness. Thus normalizing treatment can be omitted.

The main type of wear is due to chemical reaction and it is a kind of chemical wear. This has been confirmed by SEM observations. The chemical wear of SiC abrasive grains results from the oxidation of the grains by the oxygen in the medium at instantaneous high temperatures, while the chemical wear of corundum abrasive grains is the result of the reaction between the oxidate on the surface layer of workpiece and the grains and a substance with good toughness is thus formed and adhered to the cutting edges of abrasive grain.

本文利用化学热力学的理论分析了磨削钛合金时工件材料、介质与砂粒之间可能发生的化学反应,并利用扫描电镜检测,确认化学磨损是磨削钛合金时砂轮的主要磨损形式.SiC砂轮的磨损主要表现为SiC磨粒在瞬时磨削高温的条件下与介质中的氧作用,被氧化而失效;刚玉砂轮的磨损则主要表现为刚玉磨粒与钛合金表面的氧化物作用,生成了韧性好的新物质涂敷在磨粒切削刃上,使其丧夫切削能力。

A (Ti, Al) N coating is deposited on the aluminium alloy surface by HCD ion-plating, and its phase structure, composition, internal stress, microhardness and tribological properties are analysed and measured by modern experimental means. The results show that the (Ti, Al) N coating is of high hardness, good toughness and small stress, which provides excellent wear-resistance. Therefore,it is the effective protective hardening coating for aluminium alloys.

我们采用空心阴极离子镀方法在铝合金表面沉积(Ti,Al)N膜层,并通过现代实验手段研究和测定了(Ti,Al)N的相结构、组织、成份、内应力、显微硬度以及摩擦学特性。结果表明,(Ti,Al)N膜兼有硬度高、韧性好、应力小的优点,从而保证了良好的耐磨性。我们认为这是铝合金材料有效的强化保护镀层。
