Two kinds series a and b of wholly aromatic copolyester liquid crystal are obtained by means of melt-polycondensation. The chain's structure of the aromatic copolyesters are investigated by methods of Element Analysis, IR Spectra and PGC Spectra. Both reptation motion and Self Avoid Random Walk of polymer chain are carried out on a square lattice model with L×L=44×44. Monte Carlo calculation turns out that the repulsion effect between different segments has to result in phase separation and contraction of linear chain dimensions. The extent of phase separation, apparent rate of phase separation and the interaction between the segments of polymer are discussed. The dependence of , phase morphology on temperature indicates two different mechanism of phase separation. The phase morphology shows that the chains are slightly swollen and strongly segregated as de Gennes expected. It is very interesting to find that the calculations of conformation of chains show that their dimensions in two phase equilibrium state is independent of temperature. This is consistent with the Flory-Huggins approximation but not with K. Binder's studies.

本文在L×L=44×44的二维晶格元胞中用蒙特卡罗模拟的方法,研究了二元对称聚合物共混所发生的相分离。在模拟中引入了蛇行运动和自避无规行走。所得到的数值结果证明,不同分子链之间的排斥效应导致了相分离的发生和链尺寸的收缩。本文还讨论了相分离程度、表观相分离速度和高分子链段之间的相互作用。相形态和构象统计的数值结果表明,正如de Gennes所预言那样,链有些轻微溶胀,但却明显地分离。有趣的是链构象的计算表明,在两相平衡状态,链的平均尺寸与温度无关,此结果与Flory-Huggins近似相一致,但却与K.Binder的结论不一致。
