Results:Two weeks after treatment,the total effective rate was 84 6% in group A and 59 1% in group B,there was an obvious difference between 2 groups(χ 2=4 94, P <0 05).

The difference was highly significant between two groups(P<0.01). The difference was significant(P<0.05) with t test in low incisal viscosity of whole blood, sympexis and blood reductive viscosity and plasma fibrinogen of blood rheology before and after treatment with purified difibrinogenase while plasma viscosity and high incisal viscosity of whole blood had a descending tendency. It had no meaning statistically. Purified difibrinogenase did not affect platelet count, bleeding and coagulation time, liver and renal function. Up to now, no adverse reactions such as hemorrhage, allergy and others have been found. It is thought that purified difibrinogenase has quicker and more effective characteristics and shorter treatment course than low molecular dextran plus compound saliva miltiorrhiza in treating cerebral infarction.

Objective:To compare the efficacy of ahylysantinfarctase and tetramethylpyrazine add venoruton in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Seventy cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly:48 cases were treated with ahylysantinfarctase 0 5 U in normal saline 250 ml by intravenous drip (group A) per day and 22 cases were treated with tetramethylpyrazine 120 mg add venoruton 400 mg solving in 5% glucose 500 ml by intravenous drip per day.Twenty days as a therapy course.Results:The total effective rate was 93 75% in group A and 95 45% in group B respectively.There was no obvious difference between group A and group B( P >0 05),while the responsive rate of group A(52 08%)was superior to group B(36 36%).There was no obvious change on hemorrheologic parameters between the two groups except the level of fibrinogen and platelet aggragation rate were significantly decreased in group A,but not in group B.Conclusions:Ahylysantinfarctase and tetramethylpyrazine add venoruton both are effective drugs for treating acute cerebral infarction.In addition,ahylysantinfarctase may have more efficient and more contraindication in clinical practice.
