One kind of novel biomarkers, dehydroxytocopherol, has been detected and identifiedin the aromatic fraction of some source rocks as well as crude oils from the lower TertiaryFuning Formation, Jinhu Sag, Subei Basin. There is a good positive correlation betweendehydroxytocopherol and OEP, Ph/Pr or gammacerane, implying their similargeochemical Significances, especially on depositional environments. The homologues of dehydroxyl-vitamin E (DHVE) and their isomers are determined in the light aromatics fraction of source rocks and crude oils in Qianjang depression, (Jianghan Salt Lake Basin, China ) which is the most complete distribution series of DHVE fornd in the geological body so far.

羟基维生素E(DHVE)同系物及其异构体在盐湖盆地原油及生油岩的轻芳烃馏份中被检出。文章从有机立体化学角度对其结构进行了分析;并根据热力学原理,对该类化合物在地质体中的存在状态及演化规律进行了讨论。认为DHVE作为生物分子化石,不仅可反映有机质的热演化程度,而且也可作为膏盐沉积环境的特征生物标志。DHVE在原油中的检出,对业已发现的未成熟原油的存在又是一个新的证据。

Moreover, different depositional environment may result in different distribution of the Dehydroxy-Vitamine E and the input of the organic matters in the source rocks will have a significant effect on it also.

羟基维生素E是强还原性沉积环境的产物,共三个同系物,五个异构体。在未熟至低熟阶段的原油及生油岩中含量较丰富,随成熟度增高,其含量降低,这是由于结构的热不稳定性所致。其与菲系列化合物的比值可以作为未熟—低熟阶段的成熟度参数,能很好地反映沉积有机质的热演化规律;运用该成熟度参数能够区分未熟原油与低熟原油。另外,不同的沉积环境具有不同的脱羟基维生素E的分布,母源有机质的输入对其也有很大影响。
