In this paper, it is investigated how to control static compensator for improving the transient ' stability of power system in the case of a large system connected with a single machine through an external reactance. On the basis of the trajectory on the phase plane and Lyapunov' s direct method, switching line is introduced for controlling static compensator under large disturbance. A two-stage strategy controlling static compensator, consisting of nonlinear bang-bang control and linear regulation, is proposed....

In this paper, it is investigated how to control static compensator for improving the transient ' stability of power system in the case of a large system connected with a single machine through an external reactance. On the basis of the trajectory on the phase plane and Lyapunov' s direct method, switching line is introduced for controlling static compensator under large disturbance. A two-stage strategy controlling static compensator, consisting of nonlinear bang-bang control and linear regulation, is proposed. The early stage is capable of damping the oscillation most quickly, while the later will ensure that the system smoothly reach its new stable state.Digital simulation has proved that this strategy is excellently effective.

In this paper, we study the deterministic decentralized optimal control of frequency and tie line power for multiarea power systems. First, a suitable mathematical model for the frequency and tie line power of decentralized control is given. Next, a decentralized algorithm with arbitrary decentralized information structure is developed. Finally, the algorithm is applied to the above model. Digital simulation indicated that dynamic response of system is very close to the one with centralized optimal system.

本文研究确定型多地区电力系统的频率和交换功率的分散最优控制问题。首先给出一种适于对频率和交换功率进行分散控制的数学模型。其次提出一种具有任意分散信息结构的分散算法。最后把所提出的算法运用于上面的模型中。数字仿真表明,系统的动态响应非常接近于集中最优系统。

This paper suggests a mixed correction mechanism. It can be used with (?)ocal fe(?)dback and/or global feedback. As far as the method of local feed-back is concerned, either the output shift approach or the lower level iterative scheme can be used. Numerical example and simulation show that the correction methods are effective and the p(?)rformance function is improved. The best possible performance is also discussed.

论文提出了混合法校正机制.在引用反馈上,校正机制可以基于全局反馈,也可以基于局部反馈,或者兼而有之.而局部反馈可以是结合输出位移技术,也可以结合新的下层迭代方案.实例的计算机仿真表明,系统的目标函数得到了改善.对混合法可能的最好目标函数也进行了讨论.
