The results showed that, with mass fraction of P being 3.5%, the catalyst had better activation and selectivity. Under the reaction condition of hydrogen pressure being 14.5 MPa, H_2/oil molar ratio being 700, space velocity being 1.35 h~(-1) and reaction temperature being about 400 ℃, above 370 ℃ lubricating oil distillate's freezing point was lower than -15 ℃, viscosity was 97.
The properties of the poly-alpha-olefin oils were studied by kinematical viscometer and petrolic products distilling test instrument. The viscosity is 4.80 mm~2/s and 23.09 mm~2/s at 100 ℃ and 40 ℃, respectively. The viscosity index is 132, the freezing point is -60 ℃.
In order to meet the variation of market demand on different diesel in northern cold area , a single stage hydrofining-hydrodewaxing in series process was developed. It has been applied to produce premium low freezing point diesel fuel from inferior diesel and straight run wax bearing oil .

The properties of the poly-alpha-olefin synthetic lubricant were studied. The yield of the poly-alpha-olefins synthetic lubricant is 81.42%. The results show that the viscosity at 100 ℃ is 4.87 mm~2/s,the viscosity at 40 ℃ is 21.15 mm~2/s,the viscosity index is 126,the condensation point is-62 ℃.
The characteristics of the high viscous crude from No. 1 Shuguang zone of Liaohe oil field are similar to that of residue distillates of general crude with high density ( ρ 20 =0.9977 g·cm -3 ), high viscidity ( v 100 =1 223.9 mm 2·s -1 ) and high solidifying point(48℃). It contains no gasoline distillate and diesel yield is just 7.19%.
The crude oil of Xizang Lunpala Oilfield was evaluated comprehensively. The properties of various distillates from this crude oil were analyzed and evaluated respectively. The results indicated that this crude oil has the characteristics of high density(ρ 20 =0.949 2 g.cm -3 ),high viscidity (υ 50 =23 455.5 mPa·s) , high solidifying point(48.0 ℃),high thermal energy and high wax content.
Compared with commercial HZSM-5 catalyzer, the gas and diesel oil yields slightly increase, solidifying point of diesel oil decreases by 10.5 ℃ and 25.5 ℃ and octane number of gasoline greatly increases under the same operation conditions.

Abstract The catalyst ZDS-1 in dropping pour point of diesel fuel was developed. The pourpoint of diesel fuel from the third line of atmosoheric tower was reduced by 48～58℃ atnormal pressure and without hydrogen and the liquid recovey from 0.75 to 0.80, from0.45～O. 50 of which can be used as diesel fuel.
The product yields, and the pour point and viscosity index of the lube fraction higher than 370℃ were investigated under a pressure of 14. 5MPa, a hydrogen/oil ratio volume ratio of 700 and a WHSV of 1. 35h-1 at different temperatures.
