大庆油田北部地区已进入高含水后期开发。在进行过多项综合调整和以层系细分为主的一次井网加密调整以后,是否还能继续挖潜,保持油田持续稳产?在地质研究和剩余油研究基础上,认识到以纵向上和平面上高度分散、物性很差、分布于各套层系中难以动用的剩余油层为调整对象,以增加可采储量为主要目的,以完善油砂体的注采系统为核心,用第二次井网加密的方式进行开发调整是可行的。二次加密井网的部署原则是“充分控制难采储层、减小平面和层间矛盾、强化注采系统、协调新老井关系的均匀布井”。二次加密调整井的射孔原则是“利用水淹带驱油、完善注采系统、充分挖掘难采储层潜力的不均匀射孔”。通过现场试验区验证,加密调整方法是成功的。同时,总结出了进行二次加密调整的程序。
