Other 13 species of nonyersiniabacteria could not form fluorescence bacterial-clumps but did well when thenumber of Yersinia enterocolitica to nonyersinia bacteria was within theratio of 1:400. The positive rate with bacterial-clumps method was notdifferent significantly from that of routine culture method (P>0.05) butmore than half of time could be saved, generally the result may be gottenwithin 40h.

Using this method, an experiment with PMMA SEN specimen has been performed to investigate the fast crack propagation. The experimental results have been discussed and the fracture velocity-nominal fracture stress empirical relation obtained.
