本文采用电阻法和X射线衍射法研究了不同冷却速度对Cu-14Al-4.2Ni合金热弹性马氏体转变的影响。发现该合金在很宽的冷却速度范围内都会发生热弹性马氏体转变,其M_s点随冷速增加而下降。并且马氏体的数量和母相数量的比值也随冷速变化而变化,在适当冷速下可获得最大的马氏体相对量,而冷速过小或过大都导致马氏体相对量的下降。

通过对20及20Cr钢中魏氏组织的形成条件所进行的系统的定量测定结果证明,二钢中的魏氏组织均是在一定冷却速度范围内形成的,魏氏组织的相对量随钢冷却速度的变化呈一极值曲线关系,在一定冷却速度时形成最大量的魏氏组织;钢在加热时的晶粒度愈大,其冷速范围愈向低速侧扩大,所得魏氏组织的相对量亦愈大,对应最大量魏氏组织的冷却速度则相应减低。Cr元素的加入在一定程度上与奥氏体晶粒度增大的影响相类似,但魏氏組织的最大相对量有所减低。

The changes of mechanical properties and microstructure of 30Mn_2 CrSiMo with four cooling rates, which were designed to simulate the air cooling rates of drill collars, were analyzed in this study. The major microstructure of 30Mn_2CrSiMo steel under these cooling rates was granular bainite and the mechanical properties of the steel were superior to the standard criterion. It is feasible that r cooled bainitic steel can be substitute for quenched and cempered martensitie steel to make drill collars.

本文对经不同冷速处理的30Mn_2CrSiMo钢进行了组织性能分析。结果表明:30Mn_2CrSiMo钢中的合金元素,能使铁素体、珠光体转变C曲线明显右移,可在模拟钻铤空冷的冷却速度范围内得到较多的粒状贝氏体组织;在试验规定的冷速范围内,钢的力学性能均满足技术要求。通过与42CrMo钢进行比较,肯定了用低、中碳贝氏体钢代替中碳调质钢制造石油钻铤是可行的。
