本文首先介绍了便于编制程序的刚塑性有限元矩阵方程,接着运用新开发的程序系统对15碳钢冷镦粗全过程进行了数值模拟,得出了反映金属流动规律的风格变形图、变形体内部的应力应变分布图;然后,采用密栅云纹实验法模拟了冷镦粗成形全过程,采用金相分析法研究了微观晶粒的变化情况.研究结果表明,宏观数值模拟所得的结果与实验结果相当符合.
