In this paper, the formula for D~4 Line-central projection was derived from the formula of dimensions of intersecting geometric figures by the anther. By using this formula the property of collineation, the collecting property and the double-collecting property of D~4 line-central projection can be described clearly. Based on G. Monge's method the paper presented the basic construction of D~4 line-central projection,and the construction of central projection on condition that the line-projective center and the central projective plane are skewed perp- endicular to each other. With this construction, the line-projective centers situated in various positions can be analysed systematically, and the rational position of the line-projective centers selected, the vanishig point of straight lines, the vanishing line of planes and their subordinate relationship were also discussed. This paper presnted the construction of vanishing point on condition that the straight line and central projective plane were skewed perpendicular to each other. By the way, the projective characteristics of central projection of geometric figures in various particular positions were also systematically discussed.

For any natural number, the [m,n]-hypercenter on a ring is defined in this paper. The [1,n]-hypercenter on a semi-prime ring that coincides with the center is also proved. This-result generalizes the theorem 6 proved by Guo Yuanchun in 1983.
