Objective To explore the optimal method of promoting fracture healing.Methods Under aseptic operation, the medium of both radii in 80 rabbits was formed 3 mm defect. Then,the rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:A group rabbits were fixated by far-infrared pottery macromolecule bandage(SIO 2IMgo,AL 2O 3 etc) on both radii.B group were treated by common macromolecule bandage.The rabbits were sacrificed at 3rd,4th,5th and 6th week after surgery. Specimens were obtained from the fracture site and evaluated with x-ray film, electron microscopic, pathology and mechanics measurement. Results It was found that far-infrared pottery macromolecule bandage on fracture healing had better promoting effect than that of common macromolecule bandage (P<0.05).The effect accelerated at the 4-5th week after treatment. Conclusion Far-infrared pottery incorporated with macromolecule bandage has both external fixation and promoting fracture healing for fracture. Therefore, it provides a new therapy for promoting fracture healing.

目的 探索促进骨折愈合的方式方法。方法 采用中国杂交兔 80只 ,用手锯造成兔双侧桡骨中段 3mm标准骨缺损 ,随机分成两组 ,分别用远红外陶瓷高分子绷带和普通高分子绷带固定双前肢 ,于 3,4,5 ,6周分别摄片、做组织切片、力学测试和电镜观察。结果 远红外陶瓷对家兔骨折愈合有促进作用 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 远红外陶瓷加入高分子绷带中用于骨折固定 ,既有外固定作用 ,又有加速骨折愈合的促进作用 ,为骨折愈合提供了一种新的治疗方法

Objective To explore a new method to treat congenital dislocation of the knee.Methods Six patients(8 knees)with congenital dislocation of the knee from June of 2004 to June of 2005 in Hunan province children's hospital,among them four cases(5 hips)with developmental dislocation of the hip,were firstly treated with closed reduction,then done by giant molecule bandage and Pavlik harness.Results Six cases(8 knees)of Knee joint hyperextension disappeared,and flexed function of knee joint completely recovery at average flexed 120°.Conclusions The method applied to treat congenital dislocation of the knee is effective,especially to those patients with developmental dislocation of the hip.

目的介绍利用高分子绷带与Pavlik挽具治疗新生儿先天性膝关节脱位的方法。方法2004年6月~2005年6月收治6例(8膝)新生儿先天性膝关节脱位,其中4例(5髋)并有发育性髋关节脱位,均采用闭合复位、阶段性高分子绷带固定与Pavlik挽具治疗。结果6例(8膝)膝关节过伸消失、屈曲功能完全恢复,平均屈曲120°。结论本法对新生儿先天性膝关节脱位,尤其是合并有发育性髋关节脱位的患儿,疗效满意。
