The more CaO is added, the thicker foams thus are formed, and the greater the loss will be.

本文对添加20%的CaO溶出铝土矿后的赤泥泡沫进行了研究,通过电镜观察、电子探针微区成分分析,X射线衍射及差热重物相分析,证明赤泥泡沫是含SiO_2少、颗粒细的水化石榴石相和少量的游离Ca(OH)_2相。这些物质容易生成泡沫,导致赤泥沉降洗涤槽冒槽,造成有用的赤泥洗液的机械损失。石灰添加量越大,起泡现象越严重,这种损失也越大。

A new technique known as"Oxygen-rich Melting+Carbon Injection"has been used in conventional electric are furnace. Because the formation of foaming slag less electric energy consumption has been achieved together with higher productivity and better yield.
