Among the orthogonal test, 100% methanol, containing 1% concentrated HCl is the best extraction solvent, the optimize extraction condition were: extraction temperature 90℃, extraction time 40min and the ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶12, extraction three times.
According to the orthogonal experimental design,the optimum extracting conditions of proanthocyandins from hawthorn fruit was showed as following:extracting solvent was 70% ethanol,extracting temperature was 80 ℃,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶15,extracting time was 2 h and extracting thrice.
In this paper,using agrocybechg fruit-body as raw material,the extraction technology of the water-soluble polysaccharides and the alkali-soluble polysaccharides was optimaized.
