The interactive CAD processes of inside and outside contour lines, the flow section and diffuser surface of the bend-shaped diffuser are discussed systematically. The CAD function of the software ANSYS is used to calculate and analyze the flow field inside the bend-shaped diffuser to provide reliable support for the design improvement. The method is proved to be significant for improving the design method and enhancing design quality of the bend-shaped diffuser.
