A new sensitive colour reaction of pb ( I ) has been dedveleped, based on the formation of an ion association complex pf Pb (II) with potassium iodide and rhodamine B in the presence of gelatine-TritonX-100. The absorption maximum of the aquepus soluble ion-association complex is at 600nm, and its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.1×10. Beer's law is obeyed for 0-l0ugPb (II) /25ml. A sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of pb in steel is recommended.

本文将混合胶束引入PbI_4~(-2)—罗丹明B体系,研究了最适宜反应条件,获得了灵敏度较萃取体系高、钢中常见元素铬,钨的选择性又较PbI_4~(-2)—罗丹明B—聚乙烯醇体系好的效果,与使用新铜试剂萃取分离法配合,用于普通钢中痕量铅的测定,结果比较满意。

Cu reacts with neo-cuproin and eosin Y to form a coloured associated complex. In chloroform its apparent E value is 6.83×10~4 1 mol~(-1) cm~(-1) at λ=544nm. We used this system to determine the contents of trace copper in some tablets and injections of Chinese medicine. This method is simple, highly sensitive and selective.

铜(I)-新铜试剂(NCP)-曙红Y(Eosin Y)能形成离子对三元络合物,其络合比为1:2:1。在氯仿中该络合物的λ_(max)=544nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=6.83×10~4 L mol~(-1)cm~(-1)。以柠檬酸盐作掩蔽剂,控制水相pH=4.5,相比(水相/氯仿)=2/1,可将络合物定量萃入氯仿中。一般常见的共存离子均不干扰测定,显色稳定性好,线性范围为0~5μg cu/5ml氯仿。方法灵救度高,选择性好。
