A new radiometric-photometric sorting method for raising sorting efficiency of uraniferous ore is described.The equipment is mainly composed of 1011 type photometric sorter incorporated with radiometric measuring device for detecting gamma radiation coming from each piece of rock/ore by means of scintillation counters.The comparative tests between the radiometric-photometric sorting method and photometric method for the uraniferous ore of some mine were made.The results showed that the tailings from the ore feed amounting to 62-65% (weight) at the grade of 0.010-0.013% U could be rejected and the grade of the concentrate averaged 0.200% U as compared with 0.080% U of the ore feed.

The successful development of the nylon comb-shaped fine screen in China hasmade it possible to introduce the fine screen-regrind technology.In recent years,from1977 to 1980,about 2000 nylon comb fine screens with rapper have been adopted inmore than 20 concentrators throughout the country,resulting in upgrading magnetiteconcentrates from average 62.96% Fe in 1976 when the fine screen-regrind technologywas not adopted,up to 66.82% Fe in 1980 with the introduction of the fine screen.Production of magnetite concentrate accounts for a half of total iron ore concentratesproduced each year in China.This article mainly describes the advantages of nylon comb fine screen made ofnylon 1010 moulded by injection and with the comb structure,such as lower cost ab-out one eighth of that of stainless steel fine screen,rare clogging of screen slot ope-nings and longer service life etc.The structure of equipment,principle of separationand technological parameters are all discussed with analysis of two basic circuits anddiscussion on oversize recirculation and some cases of regrinding.A detailed descrip-tion of operation performance in 16 concentrators using nylon comb fine screens is gi-ven,showing the significant results achieved,i.e.besides iron ore concentrates imp-roved,the throughput of the ball mill being raised by 10-15% and the grade of ironore concentrates stabilized(the range of its variance reduced from ±3% to ±0.5%).As a result,concentrators,large or medium or small,wherever the fine screens areestablished have all gained some economical effects,among them some have doubledthe profits and some have made up deficits and increased surpluses.

我国研制成功尼龙篦状细筛为推广细筛再磨工艺创造了条件。最近四年(1977-1980),约有2000台尼龙细筛应用在全国二十多个选矿厂。我国磁铁矿的精矿品位由1970年末用细筛再磨工艺时的62.96%提高到1980年的66.82%,其产量约占全国铁精矿年产量的一半。本文着重描述了由尼龙1010原料制成的筛面篦结构及其成型工艺;叙述了设备结构、分选原理和工艺参数;分析了二种基本流程。讨论了筛上物的返回以及再处理的几种情况。详细列出了我国十六个选矿厂应用尼龙细筛和细筛再磨工艺提高铁精矿品位的生产指标以及所取得的主要效果:除了提高铁精矿品位外,球磨机处理能力可提高10~15%;精矿品位稳定.波动范围由±3%减少到±0.5%;不论大、中、小型选厂,凡采用这种细筛后,都有不同程度的经济效益,有的成倍地增加了利润,有的扭亏为盈。

A skarn iron ore deposit of ore magmatic-hydrothermal

湖北张福山铁矿属矿浆-热液过渡型矽卡岩矿床。蚀变矿化具有立体分带性(分五个带)。从矿浆贯入到热浪交代带是连续过渡的,成矿温度由高到低,矿石TFe/FeO的比值逐渐升高,CaO的含量由低变高,品位由高变低,蚀变强度逐渐增强,矿体与围岩由截然接触渐变为过渡关系。最后本文对矿床的成矿机制进行了探讨。
