It is suggested that the Golgi apparatus has similar organ with that of mitochondria and secretion granules, but with different quantity of lipoids.

(1)本研究以白鼠为材料,就常态白鼠绝食及再餵之白鼠观察其副睾丸及输精管上皮细胞内之高基體。查得在绝食期内副睾上皮细胞之高基體逐渐減少,由网状體变为颗粒,先集于前端後卽散开,至三十六小时高基體绝少,再餵後復有颗粒出现於前端。 (2)输精管上皮细胞内高基體原作线状,列於细胞前部。绝食十三时後,变为颗粒。俟三十六小时後再餵,卽有许多小粒在细胞前端边缘或卽係高基體 (3)由此结果可知高基體之多寡,既视绝食与否而定,或可谓为食物同化之产物,非固定之细胞器官也。 (4)高基體之起源或与粒线體,及分泌粒同,但其所含类脂質之量不同。

A general theory on the realistic stress space of solids was formulated in a previous paper. In this paper, the bell stress spaces of several metals are compared, the concept of "efficiency of plastic deformation" is introduced and formulated, and the locus of deformation is discussed in connection with the theory of bell stress space. 本文的目的是介紹蘇聯格娃斯捷夫教授的計算双向板的公式。這個公式是考慮板在極限平衡狀態,考慮了材料的塑性。用此方法計算雙向板,不但鋼筋經济而計算簡便。無論是多跨的板或不等跨的板,都可以视為單跨板來考虑,本文討論了格娃斯捷夫公式的基本理論,並将此理論应用到不規则形狀板的计算方面。
