本文介绍用于射电天文接收系统的3.8cm低噪声GaAs FET放大器的研制情况,给出了低噪声FET放大器电蹯的设计与调整方法及由三级FET组成的放大器的实测性能:在8.2~8.6GHz(实际为8.2~8.8GHz)范围内,噪声系数在2.3dB~2.6dB之间(含输入波导-同轴转换隔离器,输出隔离器及后置接收系统的影响),相应的增益为30dB。如果对电路作进一步改进,并对输入隔离器的插入损耗、隔离度和驻波等指标进一步提高的话,可使噪声系数≤2.0dB。
