Acknowledging their work, this paper has made a retrospection and reanalysis to the issues about credit risk based on Information Theory and Economics of Information. Here, credit risk, its traits, birth and transmission were systematically investigated and researched by two aspects: behaviors in credit dealings (micro) and credit correlations (macro).
In this part, the thesis analyses the issue of credit guarantee through such theories as the economics of information and constructs the theoretic basis for the significance of credit guarantee and the supplying modes of credit guarantee.
Drawing lessons from the experience of developed countries and using the theories of informational economics, incentive, industrial organization and development economics, the thesis has discussed two questions about the small commercial banks in China. First, are small commercial banks necessary to our country? Second, how can they survive and develop?
This thesis used the analysis method of informational economics, combining with the finance management theory and method, to study about the security of credit financing in commercial bank on the state of informational asymmetry.
The fourth chapter analyzes adverse selection and moral issues resulted from the information dissymmetry between banks and enterprises, and it explores the causes forcredit risk by taking advantage of some ideas and methods of information economy and systemic economy.
Then, game theory and information economy theory is used to analyze the asymmetric information phenomena between regulation institution and commercial banks. The dynamic game model is formulated and the suggestions are given according to the outcome of the model.
Secondly, it establishes the game theory model, making use of the transaction cost theories, contract theories and information economy , to go deeply into analyzing the transaction between state-owned commercial bank and business enterprise ,pointing out that it is the market system blemish of trade between state-owned commercial bank and business enterprise to produce the credit risk of state-owned commercial bank . It count for much to reform the system of trade market.
