Alithough will be crossliflked and degraded simutaneously under the action of radiation its Gx and Gs however are very small. It is concluded that PPS is a radiation-resistance and heat-resistance polymeric material.

The process of ramie degumming with microorganism and chemical is one of using natural microorganismunder special condition to decompose the high polymer gum of ramie into low molecular compound.Owingto the lack of suitable microorganism to decompose the semi-cellulose in the ramie gum,a small amount ofchemical must be added to assist the degumming of ramie.

The stability of the purified ribulose-1, 5-bisphosphate (RuBP) carboxylase from spinach leaves was greatly increased when the enzyme was treated with 5 mM ATP during storage in solution at 4℃. The addition of 20% glycerol to the enzyme solution enhanced the stabilizing effect of ATP on the enzyme. ADP and inorganic phosphate were also effective in maintaining activity of the enzyme, but ATP was much more so.

ATP显著提高RuBP羧化酶在低温下贮存的稳定性,并抑制RuBP羧化酶在贮存期间巯基数的减少及高分子聚合体的出现。ATP对RuBP羧化酶的活化作用影响不大,但对催化反应有明显的抑制作用,它是一种相对底物RuBP的竞争性抑制剂。凝胶过滤法显示同位素标记的ATP与酶分子相结合。结果说明:ATP与底物RuBP在酶的催化部位上有共同的结合位置。ATP对RuBP羧化酶的稳定效应以及对酶分子构象变化的影响是通过与RuBP催化部位的结合而起作用的。
