A method of XRF analysis for accurately determining Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, K, Ca, Ti, Mn, Fe in silicate and carbonate rocks is presented in this paper.

应用X射线荧光光谱法测定硅酸盐和碳酸盐类岩石样品中的十一项主次元素——铁、锰、钛、钙、钾、硫、磷、硅、铝、镁和钠。样品以四硼酸锂(Li_2B_4O_7)熔剂五倍稀释(0.8000克样品加4.000克Li_2B_4O_7)熔融,制成透明、均匀的玻璃片,然后在荷兰Philips PW1400全自动X射线光谱仪器上用缓冲比测量方式测定,并利用该仪器计算机(P851型,内存32K)选用XR-14软件中的DJ模式对基体效应进行数学校正。校正所用的元素间相互影响系数全部为理论α系数。它们是由De Jongh计算的理论。系数(消去了SiO_2项)转换得到的,称之谓转换α系数表(消去了烧失量项)。由于采刑丁这一理论α系数的转换系数,分析中不仅可以联机应用,且能直接打印出分析结果,又不必预先测定烧失量,也不必考虑烧失量项在测定中的影响。 测试结果单项偏差和加总量计算(十一项主次元素加CO_2、H_2O~+、F-、Cl-等)均满足部颁分析误差标准;具有快速、准确等优点。

The riboflavin in dairy products was determined by fluorometric method. According to the property of Na2S2O4 could be able to extinguish the fluorescence of VB2, the concentration of VB2 in milk could be obtained by the difference of two readings of the sample and the sample added Na2S2O4. So the influence of impurities in the samples on measuring could be eliminated. Besides using some modifications such as acidolysis at normal temperature and pressure,proteins were separated from samples by buffer at pH 4.7....

根据Na_2 S_2O_4可使VB_2产生的荧光熄灭性质,以国产930型荧光光度计测定样品加Ne_2S_2O_4前后的荧光强度,按照前后两次荧光强度的差值,求出样品中VB_2含量,从而清除杂质荧光对测定的干扰。将样品加温加压酸解提取改进为室温常压下酸解提取。并用pH4.6醋酸盐缓冲液沉淀样品中蛋白质。本方法测定不同乳制品的平均回收率为93%~100%,变异系数为5.75%~12.8%。
