Based on the summarize of SERCOS serial real-time communication system technology,the paper introduce the control system of fully electric injection machine is developed by using soft-PLC and SERCOS. The hardware and software structure which are realized for controlling the high speed,high accuracy motion are analysed,and the HMI design are also introduced.
The importance of the research on the analysis system of the on-line monitoring and fault prediction of centrifugal compressors was described,the working characteristics of the centrifugal compressors and their requirements of monitoring system were presented,the basic disposition of the analysis system of online monitoring and fault prediction,and the module software structure of the supporting system were shown.
