To discuss production processing of bamboo fiber blended yarn,fibers property and spinning processing parameters were analyzed,key technology measure to enhance bamboo fiber blended yarn quality were discussed according to the speciality of worse elasticity,longer elongation,lower strength,higher specific resistance,more static,worse spinnability.
The results showed that the springier of TPA parameters were significantly associated with exquisiteness and elasticity,(r=0.65,0.67 respectively),and significantly associated with tastes(r=0.74 P<0.01).
The flexibility of PTT/cotton blended yarns of five different percentage (50/50, 35/65, 30/70, 25/75, 0/100) were tested. The testing results showed that the lower the PTT percentage, the higher the breaking strength, and the smaller the breaking elongation.
