Theoritical analysis, factual records in yards and statistical results demonstrate, that the arrivals of trucks to a loading and unloading division of heavy goods are basically Poisson queue, the service time obeys negative exponential distribution. This paper discusses the problem of loading and unloading of trucks by crane in railway goods yards as a queuing system. Theoritical analysis, factual records in yards and statistical results demonstrate, that the arrivals of trucks to a loading and unloading division of heavy goods are basically Poisson queue, the service time obeys negative exponential distribution. So that, M/M/1 model may be used in this queuing system. In order to raise the equipment efficiency, the paper gives a theoritical basis for correct installation of loading and unloading machines. It also presents a new method for rational arrangement of these machines.

本文应用排队论的理论,对铁路货场用起重机装卸汽车这一随机服务系统进行了探讨。通过理论分析,现场查标,统计推断指明:铁路货场笨重货物装卸作业区的汽车到达流基本上是普阿松流;服务时间服从负指数分布。因而M/M/1模型可以用于这一类随机服务系统。本文为提高设备效率而准确设置装卸机械找到了理论依据;为合理安排货场装卸机械的数量提供了一个好的方法。

According to the theory of fracture, the laws of crack spreading of gantry crane metal structures are carried out. The crack limit length of gantry crane metal structures under the work conditions is found through a large number of experiments and theory analyses. The load chart of cranes under the work conditions is simulated according to a large number of results of investigation in the testing site and the remainding useful life of crane metal structures with cracks on is obtained.
