目的:骨基质胶(BMG)的诱导成骨作用已明确,本实验的目的在于进一步探讨其他具有成骨作用的物质对其诱导成骨作用的影响。方法:采用BMG加微量元素、丹参的复方制剂与单一制剂对骨缺损修复的X线片、光镜及电镜的组织学对比观察。结果:该复方制剂能使骨痂出现及骨性连接时间较单独使用BMG提前2~4周,且前者成骨效果明显优于后者。结论:复方BMG成骨作用增强可能不仅仅是单一制剂成骨作用的叠加,而是协同作用的结果,即微量元素及丹参可以增强BMG的成骨活性,但有待于进一步研究证实。本实验结果提示,对临床骨折、骨缺损及骨不连病人,联合应用多种对骨生长有促进作用的制剂会取得更满意的效果

On the basis of animal experiment,skull defect in 20 patients(16 males and 4 females)was repaired with deep frozen irradiated skull allograft. The therapeutic effectiveness was satisfactory ,indicating that deep frozen irradiated skull allograft could effectively reduce tissue antigenicity, preserve biological mechanical function of bone, maintain biological activity of bone morphologic protein (BMP) and get an osteopathic result similar to bone autotransplantation . So deep frozen irradiated skull is thought...
