Method By using numerical simulation, this paper studies main reservoir parameters and operation parameters which affecting steam flooding,and expounds the relationships between steam soaking and steam flooding,as well as steam flooding and water drive,polymer flooding. Purpose in order to chose rational development scheme,to run steam flooding effectively,and to enhance oil recovery factor. Result Those parameters which affecting development result of steam flooding are net thickness of payzone, oil viscosity, oil saturation, reservoir heterogeneity,ratlo of net gross thickness and leservoir depth;for those reservoirs suitable for steam flooding,good development result can be achieved only when steam injection rate, production-injection ratio and steam quality are higher than their critical values; formation oil viscoslty decides the development scheme of reservoir to a great extent, and steam flooding is more efficient than water drive only when formation oil viscosity is higher than 30 mPa. s. Conclusion Before steam injection,sufficient evaluation for reservoir conditions should be done. Operation parameters of steam flooding should also be met. The optimum development scheme should be chosen through evaluating different developmentsches.

方法利用数值模拟法,研究了影响蒸汽驱的主要油藏参数和操作参数,并阐明了蒸汽吞吐与蒸汽驱及蒸汽驱与水驱、聚合物驱的相互关系。目的为了选择合理的开发方式,保证蒸汽驱有效的运作,提高原油采收率。结果影响蒸汽驱开发效果的油藏参数是油层净厚度、原油粘度、含油饱和度、油层非均质性、净总厚度比及油藏埋深;对于适合蒸汽驱的油藏而言,只有在注汽速度床注比、蒸汽干度均高于其临界值时,才能取得好的开发效果;地层原油粘度在很大程度上决定了油藏的开发方式,只有当地层原油粘度大于30mPa·s时,蒸汽驱才能比水驱更经济有效。结论在注蒸汽前,应对油藏条件做出充分评估,同时满足蒸汽驱操作参数,通过不同的开发方式评价选取最佳的开发方式。

Biotechnology represented by genetic engineering has been progressing at amazing speed since 1980's.In USA,over 40 different transgenic crops were tested in field,including the main cereal grain(e.g.wheat,rice and corn et al .),fiber crop(e.g.cotton),ve getables(e.g.broccoli,potato and tomato et al. )fruits(e.g.apple,grape and watermelon et al. ),oil crops,forages and flowers.18 kinds of products of trangenic crops incorporated genetic materials with different traits,such as corn,cotton,soybean and canola,have pormited to enter market untill May 1996,and many other are awaiting approval on commercialization.In February,the US Department of Agriculture(USDA)approved the first field test of a genetically engineering arthropoda mite that feeds on other mites,and in winter,the USDA received a request for review of the first proposed environmental release of a genetically engineering nematode.In 25 developing countries distributed in America,Asia and Africa,the amount of releases of about 10 transgenic crops was more than 160.It is true that economic and social benefits grought about by genetic engineering are enormous.Ecological or environmental risks,however,may also be initiated from the releases of the products of genetically modified organisms(GMOs).It has been pointed out by scientists and non govermental organizations,such as Union of Concerned Scientits(UCS).Understanding to the environmental risks between US and European countries was quite different.More prudence was taken up by the latter than the former for the releases of GMO's.Danish scientists have shown that genes from a transgenic crop move quickly into weedy population.Herbicide tolerance genes from engineered oil seed rape(canola)become established in weedy populations after just two generations of interbreeding in last March.Another paper,in the same month,confirmed another predicted risk of genetic engineering.Foods previously safe to eat may become dangerous as a result of the transfer of allergenic proteins.The company decided not to market the product of transgenic soybean contained the Brazil nut allergin. The correct policy of the goverment must be based on the results from a large amount of scientific experiments and full assessments to the economic benefits and environment or ecological risks brought about by genetic engineering.It is the critical moment now,not only for China but also for the world.Thus,biosafety is a key subject under discussion of the every conference of the contracting parties of the “Convertion and Biological Diversity”.

Objective To review over the heart valve replacement in the elderly patients, including those operated secondarily and tertiarily. Methods From August 1994 to August 1998, 57 consecutive elderly cardiac patients (age 60 to 75 years, mean 65.8 years) were operated in our hospital. There were 38 mitral valve replacement, 7 aortic valve replacement and 12 multiple valvular replacement, including 13 (22.8%) re stenotic mitral valve after left route closed mitral commissurotomy and 6 (10.5%) re re stenotic...

Objective To review over the heart valve replacement in the elderly patients, including those operated secondarily and tertiarily. Methods From August 1994 to August 1998, 57 consecutive elderly cardiac patients (age 60 to 75 years, mean 65.8 years) were operated in our hospital. There were 38 mitral valve replacement, 7 aortic valve replacement and 12 multiple valvular replacement, including 13 (22.8%) re stenotic mitral valve after left route closed mitral commissurotomy and 6 (10.5%) re re stenotic mitral valve after reoperative dual route closed mitral commissurotomy. Results Four patients (7.01%) died, including 1 re stenotic and 2 re re stenotic patients. The follow up period was 3 months to 4 years. There were 4 late deaths, 3(5.8%) related to heart failure and myocardial infarction. Valve replacement related complications were thromboembolism in three (5.8%) cardiac failure, in two (3.9%) infective endocarditis and myocardial infarction in one (1.9%) each. 95.7% of the survived patients were in NYHA function grade 1~2. Conclusions Valvular replacement surgery in the elderly can be performed safely and effectively with improved myocardial protection, intraoperative strategies and postoperative care. And for those re and re re stenotic patients, the details of pulmonary and renal functions should be carefully evaluated preoperatively. (Shanghai Med J, 2000,23∶603 605)

目的 观察首次和多次心脏手术的老年心脏瓣膜病施行瓣膜置换术的疗效。方法 从 1 994年 8月到 1 998年 8月 ,共对 5 7例老年患者 (6 0~ 75岁 )施行瓣膜置换术 ,包括 1 3例 (2 2 .8% )二尖瓣行“闭式分离术”后再狭窄患者和 6例 (1 0 .5 % )二尖瓣再狭窄行“双径闭式分离术”后再 再狭窄患者。结果 手术死亡 4例 (7.0 1 % ) ,其中有 1例再狭窄和 2例再 再狭窄患者。随访 3个月到 4年 ,晚期死亡 4例 ,3例 (5 .8% )死于顽固性心力衰竭和急性心梗 ;瓣膜相关的并发症有 :3例 (5 .8% )血栓栓塞形成 ,2例 (3.9% )心衰 ,1例 (1 .9% )感染性心内膜炎和 1例 (1 .9% )心肌梗死 ;存活者中有 95 .7%的病人心功能达到 1~ 2级。结论 随着心肌保护水平的提高 ,手术技术和围术期处理的成熟完善 ,老年瓣膜置换术是安全有效的 ;对于第二和第三次手术病例 ,术前应充分评估其肺功能和肾功能的损害对手术的耐受性
