The advantages are stable in loading pressure, small in pressure surge, simple on autocontrol, economic, easy to maintenance. The article introbuces the technology system, operation principles of pressurized vessel, determination of vessel volume, level control, inflation method, configuration and principles of control devices (the buffer devices included ), which give reference to design and operation.

Automobile emission is one of major sources of air pollution.The main pollutants contained are carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and oxides of nitrogen.New pollution control standard requires improvement both on automobiles and fuels. To efficiently control auto emission pollution, we can upgrade gasoline and diesel by various means such as removing lead in gasoline, reducing contents of benzene, aromatics, olefins and sulfur, lowering RVP and 90% point distillation, and adding oxygenates and cleaning dispersant additives. A series of technology reforms are needed in refineries to achieve this goal. Refineries must advanced on adjusting refining plant and constitutes of products. Cracking catalytic gasoline accounts for more than 80% of total gasoline in China. It's difficult to meet the demand of clean fuels. Referring to the experience of U.S.A and Europe, we must increase catalytic reforming plant, alkylation plant, isomerization plant and adjust structure of setting step by step. But we should consider carefully about MTBE issue.

汽车排放造成大气污染严重 ,排放物中主要有害物质是一氧化碳、烃类和氮氧化物。实施新的汽车排放污染物控制标准 ,对汽车和燃料提出较高要求。提高汽、柴油质量手段包括汽油无铅化、降低芳烃、烯烃和硫含量、降低蒸汽压和 90 %馏出温度、添加含氧化合物和清洁分散剂 ,可有效的控制汽车排放污染。为满足新的质量要求 ,炼油厂要采取一整套技术进行技术改进 ,必须加速炼油装置及产品结构的调整。我国汽油调合组分构成中催化裂化汽油占 80 %以上 ,很难满足清洁燃料的要求。借鉴美国、欧洲的做法 ,必须逐步增加催化重整、烷基化、异构化等装置 ,调整装置构成 ,但发展MTBE的问题要慎重对待
