In this study, we propose a new process to fabricate electrically semi-conductive alumina by the combination of gelcasting and reduction sintering.
      


Three steps, the drying, calcining and reducing-sintering of wet gel spheresin heat-treatment of gel-supported process for preparing dense UO_2 microspheresare studied. The influences of the ways of drying, temperature of calcination,O/U ratio of the intermediate products, temperature of reducing-sintering, andthe rate of temperature elevation on the end-products are analysed. The parame-ters for UO_2 microspheres densification are optimized. The density of UO_2 micro-spheres is upto 95% T. D.

Vacuum carbothermal reduction of N2 -atomized 316L powders and effects of green compact density on hot extrusion and properties of extruded products were investigated. A new capsuleless hot extrusion process of P/M 316L stainless steel was developed and is suitable for present industrial condi tions in China. The basic route of the process is: N2 atomization→vacuum sinte-ring→hot extrusion.

研究了氮气雾化316L粉的真空碳热还原烧结规律和挤压坯密度对热挤压工艺和挤压材性能的影响。获得了1种粉末316L钢无包套热挤压新工艺,即氮气雾化制粉→粉末振实真空烧结→热挤压。由于在真空烧结中碳对氧化物的还原作用,使316L雾化钢水的碳含量可以适当提高,简化了熔炼工艺。
