Starting with the fundamentals of heat transfer and thermodynamics,the dependencier of mean condensing temperature Tsm and entropy generation number Ns of multi-pressure condenser on parameters,such as:the numbed of stages,number of heat transfer units and so on are deduced in this paper.It is known from the research that along with the change of the above parameters,both of Tsm and Ns have their minimums.The conditions are present under which Tsm and Ns are minimal.

本文从传热学和热力学的基本原理出发,利用严格的数学分析,导出了多背压凝汽器平均冷凝温度和多背压凝汽器熵产生数,以级数、传热单元数等参数表达的关系式。提出了多背压凝汽器平均冷凝温度和多背压凝汽器熵产生数达到极小值所应满足的条件。得出了多背压凝汽器设计应遵循的原则。

By the use of a numerical method calculated was the flow and heat transfer process on the condenser shell side of a 328 MW steam turbine condenser imported from Italy.An analysis is given of the rationality of the condenser design.The results of the analysis show that the layout of the condenser tube bank features rationality in certain aspects but there is room for improvement.Hence,the operating pressure may be slightly higher than the design pressure.

采用数值方法对大港电厂从意大利引进的328MW汽轮机凝汽器壳侧的流动与传热过程进行了计算,对该凝汽器的设计合理性进行了分析。结果表明,该凝汽器的管束布置具有一定的合理性,但也有需改进之处,凝汽器的工作压力可能会因此而略高于设计压力。
