本文介绍了有机膦酸油井水泥缓凝剂CT11-3的实验室合成、中型放大试验、性能评价和现场投井试验结果。该缓凝剂在50─170℃温度范围内具有优良的缓凝效果,稠化时间可调,稠化曲线理想,与常用其它油井水泥外加剂具有良好的相容性,所配制的水泥浆综合性能良好,能满足不同井温固井施工的要求。
