In recent years, with the petroleum exploration frontiers increasingly extended for more petroleum production, drilling operations have been meeting more and more technical challenges such as high ROP without deviation at high angle structures, severe circulation loss at fracture formations, wellbore wall caving in, cementing long open and slim holes, well completion for deep slim holes, well control and protections for H2S wells. In recent years, with the petroleum exploration frontiers increasingly extended for more petroleum production, drilling operations have been meeting more and more technical challenges such as high ROP without deviation at high angle structures, severe circulation loss at fracture formations, wellbore wall caving in, cementing long open and slim holes, well completion for deep slim holes, well control and protections for H2S wells. SINOPEC has tackled many technical problems over the past few years, thus developed lots of novel drilling technologies including deep and ultra-deep well drilling, horizontal well drilling, underbalanced drilling, drilling in formations with salt rock beds, novel drilling fluid, reservoir protection and cementing techniques. By means of those technologies, drilling speed and wellbore quality have been increasingly improved. This paper presents Sinopec drilling technologies, analyzes the major drilling technical features, gives an outlook for the future drilling technologies. In order to improve Sinopec drilling technologies, this article points out that mature drilling technologies should be integrated in tackling bottle-necks encountered during drilling operations, for example, further research and develop ones for deep & ultra deep wells, deviation control and faster penetration, vertical drilling, ultra-high pressure jetting, geosteering, multi-lateral and complex well drilling, and well completions. In addition, the forward-looking technologies such as coiled tubing drilling, casing drilling, underbalanced drilling and intelligent drilling should be explored in order to provide strong technical supports for SINOPEC drilling technology development.

随着勘探领域的不断扩大和剩余储量的挖潜,钻井施工存在高陡构造防斜打快、裂缝性地层井漏严重、井壁失稳坍塌、长裸眼小井眼固井、深井小井眼完井、含硫化氢井的井控及防护等难题,中国石化集团通过近几年的技术攻关研究与推广应用,深井超深井钻井、水平井钻井、欠平衡钻井、盐膏层钻井、新型钻井液、保护油气层、固井工艺等技术水平大幅度提高,钻井速度和质量不断提高。介绍了中国石化集团钻井技术的现状,分析了中国石化集团钻井面临的主要技术难点,展望了钻井技术的发展趋势,指出应整合推广应用成熟钻井技术,研究攻克钻井生产中的“瓶颈”技术,进一步开展深井超深井、防斜打快和垂直钻井、超高压喷射、地质导向、分支井复杂井钻井、完井工艺等技术研究,进行连续管钻井、套管钻井、欠平衡钻井完井、智能钻井等前瞻技术研究,以提高中国石化集团的钻井技术水平。

According to the problems in Qingxi Oilfield such as too many service companies of the second part taking part in the well cementing operation, excessive objects which need management of the first part and the lower management efficiency, the conception is put forward about the management models of well cementing specialized service and the establishment of specialized service organization. It is proved in practice that carrying out the management models of well cementing specialized service does not only successfully cut down the managing cost and raise the managing efficiency, but also play an important part in guaranteeing the well cementing quality and in improving the well cementing efficiency, thus having better effects.

针对青西油田参与固井施工的乙方服务公司数量多、甲方管理对象多、管理效率低的问题,提出了固井专业化服务的管理模式及组建专业化服务机构的构想。实践证明,青西油田推行固井专业化服务管理模式是成功的,降低了管理成本,提高了管理效率。对保证固井质量,提高固井效率也产生了积极的作用,取得了较好的效果。
