本文就武汉协和医院近5年(1991~1995年)口服降血糖药的消耗量以DDDs·d~(-1)为单位进行了比较,并计算出各药消耗金额占口服降血糖药总金额的百分比.结果显示,格列齐特(达美康)、格列喹酮(糖适平)呈逐年上升,其中格列喹酮上升的幅度最大;两种药所消耗金额之和占总金额的70%以上;临床用药量动态分析表明格列齐特、格列喹酮、格列本脲(优降糖)为武汉协和医院主要的口服降血糖药.

The thermal cycling tests between -196 and 350 ℃ were performed on the TC4 alloy air cooled from 1 020, 950 and 900 ℃. The tensile properties before and after thermal cycling were evaluated. Experimental results show that after 1 000 thermal cycles, the strength increases, the ductility decreases and the dislocation density or amount of deformation twins increase, among which the specimens air cooled from 950 ℃ have the largest increase in strength and have the largest residual ductility.
