The result shows that this method can raise the pitch accuracy to the order 0.5um, and it also reveals the essense of this method. It gives the orientation for the structural design, the selection of transducer, the setting up of mathematical model, reasonable selection of sample internal, and so on, it can give directive indications.

本文首先阐述了卡尔曼滤波的基本原理,导出了卡尔曼滤波的递推表达式,然后以高精度丝杠车床为例建立了加工中误差信号的数学模型,并用PB-700型个人计算机仿真。仿真果表明,这种方法可将原机床加工的螺距精度提高到0.5μm级。仿真还揭示了应用这种方法精化机床提高加工精度的原因,为结构设计、传感器选择、建立数学模型、合理选择采样间距等提供了方向性指示。

The present article introduces the structural features of a new-type occlusion pressure measurement transducer and analyzes, theoretically, its mechanical properties, quantity and distribution of stress, and the output of the resistance-strain gauge etc. The result of the theoretical analysis and practical measurement on the occlusion pressure measurement transducer confirms that the precision of measurement (linearity and repeatability), stability and working life of the new-type transducer is improved to a great extent. Furthermore, the problem of water seal when it is disinfected is solved. As a result,it can now meet the requirements of teaching experiment, scientific research and clinical practice.

本文根据口腔咬合力测量传感器的要求和特点,详细分析了旧传感器存在的问题,介绍了新设计传感器的结构特点,并对其力学性能、应力大小、分布及输出等进行了理论分析。通过对新旧传感器结构及实测数据比较,证明了新传感器大幅度提高了仪器测量精度(线性和重复性精度)、稳定性和寿命,并解决了传感器在清洗消毒时的密封问题,从而使仪器能满足口腔医学教学、科研及医院口腔科牙病诊治临床应用的要求。
