通过对硅粉、天然沸石粉、矿渣超细粉、磷渣超细粉及其复合超细粉等对水泥浆体的流动性及强度影响的研究,发现硅粉、天然沸石粉对水泥浆体起填充增强作用,无分散作用;但磷渣与矿渣超细粉对水泥浆体起填充作用、分散作用与增强作用。超细粉与高效减水剂同时添加,所起的分散与填充作用更好。因为超细粉加水后形成絮凝结构,当超细粉粒子吸附高效减水剂后才能分散,并更好地填充水泥粒子空隙。超细粉对硬化水泥浆体起填充密实作用,改变了孔结构,从而对硬化水泥浆体起到了增强效果,这种增强效果与超细粉的化学反应活性也有关。
