In this paper, the relation between flux basicity and oxygen content as well as Charpy toughness of the weld metals were studied in the system of CaO—CaF_2—Al_2O_3. The results on probation indicate that, a good effect on deoxidation can be obtained by use of SiC, and the properties of steel products are not inferior to those of steel produced by traditional operation. 本文介绍电炉炼钢开发应用碳化硅新型脱氧剂的情况。试用表明,碳化硅脱氧效果好,钢材性能不亚于原工艺生产,且有节能、减少耐材消耗等优点,是替代紧缺而价昂的Fe—Si、Ca—Si的良好脱氧剂。

In this paper, the change of total oxygen in RH treatment process was discussed. It has been found that relation between total oxygen and oxide inclusion is a linear cquation. The main parameter that influnces RH dcoxidization(T[O]) is pure degassing time and the relation between them is in exponential form.

本文讨论RH处理过程中钢中全氧含量T[O]的变化,给出了T[O]与氧化物夹杂含量间关系的线性方程,明确了影响RH脱氧效果的主要工艺参数是RH纯脱气时间,并可把其间的关系描绘成指数形式。
