There are many advantages of the ective control technique of vibration such as high efficiency of oscillationreduction, wide frequency range of effective oscillation reduction and quick reaction etc, which possesses broad applicationprospect in mechanical vibration engineering field field.
Analytic wavelet transform (AWT) only reflects positive frequencies of signals and its modulus oscillation is weaker than real wavelet transform (RWT), so signal noise reduction and singularity detect based AWT can be more accurate than RWT for the signal with additive white noise. Analytic wavelet based constructed by Hilbert transform is applied to the noise reduction based on WTMM.
Based on the two kind of model, the vibration response of frame caused by the engine vibrating was simulated and analysed at different rigid, comparing the results which indicates that suspension rigid have greater influence on the vibration response of the frame, setting proper suspension rigid can reach a better oscillation damping affection.
The paper also simulate the vibration response of frame when suspension point were changed, which indicates, through comprehensive consideration with the mode of frame, that it can get better oscillation damping affection to position the suspension points to the node of mode shape.
According to the improved scheme and the actual construction of the JL150 motorcycle, the rubber bushing was designed and the vibration test was done, which received a better return to oscillation damping.
