This paper emphatically points out some primary aspects of perfecting labour & personell administrations in geological & prospecting units on the basis of full affirming the key position among the managements of geological & prospecting units under the socialist market-directed economy. These primary aspects are as follows: regarding human resouces as essential factor of all economic resoures, and mobilizing working enthusiasm of workers and sfaff members; intensifying the idea of developing human resources and raisiug the profits of the human capital; changing system of the lifelong fixed job and post" within geological & prospecting units , bringing about the first-rate allocation of the human re-sources ; strengthing measure and evaluation of the staff quality and providing scientific basis for labour remuneratons , promotion, transfer and so on.

本文通过对大量数据的分析,揭示出我国民航人力资源素质偏低,高级人才数量少,且年龄老化,尤其是企业中高级人才奇缺。进而提出民航人力资源开发的建议及人力资源发展战略的设想,以适应民航持续、快速和健康发展的需要。
