于受孕2~16d的ICR小鼠,用不同剂量“8401”(167、250及330mg/kg)腹腔给药,每天1次。实验结果:用药组胚胎吸收率(9.3~13.0%)及肋骨畸形数均较对照组(0.8%)高。Amls试验结果:不同浓度“8401”在各种条件下,都没有诱发细菌回复突变,当浓度达到5mg/皿时,也未见诱变作用。

Mutagenicity tests including Ames test using TA_(97), TA_(98), TA_(100),and TA_(102) strains of Salmonella typhimurium, chromosome aberration test of chinesehamster lung cell, and micronucleus test of total glucosides of paeony were per-formed. 以鼠伤寒沙门氏菌Ames试验,中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL)染色体畸变试验和ICR小鼠骨髓微核试临,检验白芍总甙的遗传毒性。药物浓度为每皿1~10000μg时Ames试验无论代谢活化与否结果均为阴性。药物在12.3~111.1μg/ml时对CHL细胞呈现可疑染色体畸变;加入代谢活化系统,高至333.3μg/mlCHL细胞的染色体畸变率仍在正常范围内。微核试验结果阴性。
