The results showed that the direct responses of selection for 100-kernel weight, number of kernels/spike and protein yield/plant increased significantly, i. e., 8.2%, 10.1% and 11.7% respectively, over the basic population Co per cycle. There was contradictory effect for the selection of 100-kernel weight and number of kernels/spike, so that the selection of them could not increase significantly in grain yield/plant. There were no significant direct selection effects on plant height, grain yield/plant and protein content/plant, but correlation analysis of genetic advance revealed that direct seletion for them were somewhat effective. In some area, number of kernels/spike and number of kernels/plant might be used as criteria for indirect selection for grain yield/plant. Selection for protein yield/plant could lead to increase of grain yield/plant, and there was no adverse response for protein content/plant. So it is suggested that protein yield/plant could be used as a criterion in the selection for the improvement of grain yield/plant and protein content/plant simultaneously.

对一个太谷核不育小麦基础群体C_o(由10个高蛋白亲本及4个丰产亲本的太谷核不育株等量混合组成)进行三轮单性状集团选择。结果表明:百粒重、穗粒数和蛋白质产量的直接选择效应显著,平均每轮比C_o分别增加8.2%、10.1%和11.7%。百粒重和穗粒数的选择效应相互抵销,因此,二者的选择均未使单株产量显著增加。株高、单株产量和蛋白质含量3个性状的直接选择效应不显著,但相关遗传进度分析表明,它们的直接选择仍然有效,在某些地区可以考虑用穗粒数和株粒数来间接选择单株产量。试验结果还表明,蛋白质产量的选择引起单株产量的显著增加,且对蛋白质含量无明显的不良反应,因此,蛋白质产量可能是单株产量和蛋白质含量同时改良的有效标准。
