Sanjiang Plain is the famous marsh alluvial low plain in China, which is rich in natural resources and big agriculture production base in Heilongjiang province. It has an important significance to study the reasonable percentage of forest cover for determining reasonable proportion of forestland in Sanjiang Plain, resuming forest ecosystem swiftly and surmouting the natural disaster.The article analysed the relation between forest cover percentage and the rain, evaporation, temperature, wind and took further analysing about the relation between the forest cover percentage and the nautral disaster.In the view of the above points, we put forward the following points:1. The forest cover percentage of plain district is 15—25%.2. The forest cover percentage of semi-mountain district is 26—50%.3. The forest cover percentage of mountain district is more than 50%.4. The average cover percentage in Sanjiang plain is 36—40%.To resume the forest in Sanjiang plain, we must carry out the 《Forest Law))conscientiously, speed up afforestting step for barren hills and wasteland, adhere reasonable cut, enhance attending young and middle forest, make comprehensive utilization energitically and diversified economy, widen policy of forest and speed up reform of forestry.

It might be accepted that the quality of soil humus under herb or bamboo stand is the best, and that under Chinese fir stand is the worst.

对宁镇丘陵区栎、马尾松、杉木、毛竹林地和草地土壤腐殖质样品,做了组分分析、元素分析、光密度测定和红外光谱分析。结果表明:北亚热带黄棕壤地带的土壤腐殖质,在化学结构、组成和性质上,都反映气候带的过渡特点,但在不同植被影响下,也表现结构发育程度以及各种基团数量上的差别。土壤HA/FA比值的序列是竹>草>松>栎>杉,而土样胡敏酸的C/H比值序列为草>竹>松、栎>杉。结合其它分析资料,可以认为草地和竹林地的腐殖质质量最优,而杉林地的最差。森林土壤腐殖质化学特征的研究,可以作为森林生态系生物循环定量研究的补充。
