In this paper a modified method is recommended for the determination of rubber hydrocarbon present in kok-saghyz rubber by means of bromination.This method is rapid and accurate.A conversion factor of 0.298 is obtained for con- verting rubber bromide content to rubber hydrocarbon content for kok-saghyz rubber.The conversion factor agrees well with the theoretical value.

本文报告了用重量溴化法测定青橡胶草生胶中橡胶烃的各种适宜条件,并求得了由溴化橡胶换算为橡胶烃的换算因数为0.298。三氯甲烷可用来防止溴化橡胶的结膜,同时并可防止溴与橡胶的置换反应。每10毫升橡胶液应加溴化溶液2毫升。溴化反应可在常温进行。三氯醋酸可使橡胶容易溶解,对分析结果无显著影响,用或不用均可。溴化法无论在分析时间上和精确度上,均较直接抽提法和间接测定法为优。

Both the dimethylamino(I:R=CH_2Ph,R'=Me) and the diethylamino(I: R=CH_2Ph,R'=Et) compounds gave the identical product (Ⅷ) on treatment with semicarbazide hydrochloride in the presence of excess sodium acetate.It was recalled that an abnormal compound,m.p.101-102,was formed by these two Mannich bases on treatment with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium acetate.This product might be (Ⅶ),formed by elimination of a mole of hy- droxylamine from (Ⅸ),which is analogous to (Ⅷ). Treatment of the Mannich base (I,R=CH_2Ph,R'=Me) itself with sodium acetate gave dibenzyl ketone.This is the reverse change of the original Mannich reaction.However,its methiodide,on degradation with sodium hydroxide, gave a vinyl ketone which readily dimerised into a dihydropyran (Xa or Xb). Several expected pyrazolines were obtained from the Mannich bases and phenylhydrazine.Their ultra-violet light absorption characteristics were listed.

Similar results were obtained in field experiments.Plants dusted 2-3 timesduring the growing season yielded 25-158% higher than the untreated.

(一)有机汞剂对稻瘟病菌孢子发芽的抑制作用以谷仁乐生(磷酸乙基汞)为最大,其次为西力生(氯化乙基汞),再次为赛力散(醋酸苯汞) (二)赛力散加消石灰5倍或西力生加消石灰15倍及20倍粉剂对稻瘟有较好的防治效果,对水稻的发育无不良影响,实测无效分蘖相对减少,稻谷稔实率增高,但对稻叶有少许烧伤药斑,在喷粉不均匀和消石灰颗粒大时,此种现象更为明显。(三)赛力散加消石灰5倍在大田生产中防病增产的效果特别良好,喷粉2~3次能增加稻谷产量25~158%,每公顷纯收益129~609元。(四)赛力散(西力生)加消石灰粉剂,在水稻植株上展着良好,降雨後虽被冲洗, ??防病效果仍不低。(五)銅製劑波爾多液對稻瘟病也有一定的防治效果?梢钥隙ㄆ浞啦≡霎a效果低於賽力散消石灰粉,在大田試驗的條件下,每公頃純收益只及賽力散消石灰粉的50%。
